Ushebti of Mutenipet from the Ramesseum (M1331). Third Intermediate Period, 22nd Dynasty From Quibell’s excavations of the Ramesseum 1896. H: ?? Aquired: Julia Schottlander (Tetragon), London A mummiform worker ushebti in blue faience. The front side is molded and the back is flat. The facial features are rather faint with the details to the eyes and eyebrows in black. The headband, hoes and basket are also painted black. The arms are shown crossed left over right in the molded detail. The single vertical column of hieroglyphs facing right runs down the lower front side of the figure and is unframed. The inscription reads ‘I am Mutenipet, justified’. Intact except for tiny chips to forehead and right fist.
