Aquired: From Harmer Rooke Galleries 1991 (Cat Nr 140), previously from Charles Ede Ltd, 1980 #34 A mummiform worker ushebti in blue faience with details to fillet, eyes, hoes, basket and inscription in black. The single column of hieroglyphs reads ‘I am Mutenipet, justified’. The final glyph is of unknown definition, but seems to be a title used for deceased women, similar to maa-kheru, and is usually translated ‘justified’. Intact.
