The Peter Flensborg collection of Siamese Porcelain tokens

The Flensborg collection of Siamese Porcelain tokens. The present collection is internationally recognized as being among the very best of its kind. It was formed by the renowned Danish numismatist, Peter Flensborg (1938 - 2011), over a period of several decades. It consists of no less than c. 2900 different tokens ("Pees") mainly from the 19th cent. - The collection is housed in a mahogany cabinet (height 62 cm, width 50 cm, depth 32 cm) and each and every token has been expertly described and documented. The collection obviously includes many rare and unusual types, shapes, colors and designs, and each token was carefully selected to obtain the best possible condition.
